Ventura County Sherrifs deputies were dispatched to a fraternity party late Friday night in the 1800 block of Isla Vista St.
An estimated 250 students were present, most innebriated and unruley.
Several females were witnessed exposing their breasts as male students cheered them on and participated in high volume drinking games.
